Best Practices

All Canadians have a stake in this dialogue about primary health care transformation.  The active involvement of health professionals working in primary health care will be essential to the success of the Enhancing Interdisciplinary Collaboration in Primary Health Care (EICP) Initiative, but input from health care organizations and patients is equally welcome.

Heres how you can get involved:

  •  Get informed! Watch this web site for more information and updates about the work of the EICP team. Sign up for our on-line updates and newsletters via the EICP web site Guest Book.

  • Get involved! Let us know if you want to participate in EICP consultations, workshops or research.  Watch the web site for on-line surveys so you can add your experience and perspective to our findings.
