Snapshots, December 2004

At this early stage, the Initiative has developed "snapshots" of the EICP principles and framework to convey a sense of what has been heard and learned so far. These snapshots are based on input from primary health care providers and the public, literature reviews and research reports to date and are not final. The EICP Initiative remains open to input from the public and the health care community.
